We are so excited to have you join us as a vendor for the Stove Prairie Fall Festival on October 3, 2026! Your support means so much to our school and community, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support your business in return by sharing it with the families, friends, and neighbors who attend this special event.

Your vendor ticket includes a 10' x 10' booth space, with Wi-Fi and electricity included. We recommend bringing a pop-up canopy tent, along with any tables, chairs, signage, displays, or materials you may need for your booth.

The week of the festival you will receive an email with the Vendor Map for the festival. This helps us and all our vendors feel prepared the day of!

Vendor setup will begin promptly at 8:00 AM sharp. Please plan to arrive on time so you have plenty of time to get set up…
